Homemade Pizza,

Alright it's about time I did a post and the latest has to be about food! I have a couple of pictures of some of the items I have tried in the last two weeks, and after setting up the blog page, filling the page with pictures of food seemed like a great idea!

 These two Pizzas turned out pretty well but the second was the best! I always find that getting the right proportions on the Pie is the trick, the one above had too much cheese and not enough other items.

 This Pie had the right amount of just about everything I could think of, I added Anchovies later.

Road Trip

Well the boys and I drove up the coast, to scatter Carmen's ashes, but decided not to scatter them with her mother's, on Mount Yarrahapinni, we agreed on a place that felt right, and decided to wait till Tom could make the trip to be there as well.

Well waking nightmares do happen, Carmen passed away early this month, and It is has been tough over the last few weeks on the boys and I to keep it all together, I would like to post some photos, but sadly do not have many to post, except for this one,it is a few years old, and Carmen did approve it for public view, I think it helps to convey her bubbly and enthusiastic attitude.
